where do you get rock climb in pokemon heart gold and soul silver?
i beat the elite four and then went to the kanto region,then i checked my HM's and i didn't have rock climb.WTF!
first, you have to beat all 16 gyms. then, go to professor oak, and he will give you the hm rock climb. you need this to get to red. after you beat him, talk to oak again and he will give you a kanto starter. talk to steven, in silph co. and he will give you a hoenn starter.
