What size karate belt for a 32" waist?
What's the best belt size for me? I wear a 32" trouser waist.
My current belt is 320cm and it comes down to my knees. I'm thinking a 280 or 300 next time? Can a martial artist with the same girth as me sell me what they use to save me having to buy belts using trail and error.

I'm 6ft0 1/2 and 72KG (159 lbs). So I wear a size 5.5 Gi, though a 5 would fit as mine is a little big.
In most brands of belts, a size 4 is about right. I'm 5'6-1/4" tall weigh 150 pounds and have a 32" waist. I wear a size 4 Gi in most brands, which means I wear a size 4 belt as well. The Gi you wear is also the size belt you wear.
