How shall I go about safely giving up Red Bull?
I have been drinking a fair amount of a Red Bull like drink for about a month now to keep myself awake due to excessive work load. I have been consuming about 6 litres of the stuff a week. I don't think it is as strong as Red Bull but it does have a high caffeine content warning (30mg/100ml). It is safe to just stop this straight off and should I ween myself off?
You may experience headaches for a few days but other then that you should be fine.
