One that is a good amateur or a Professional, not some friend of yours who claims he does it.
The better question would be "have you beaten any from Thailand?". The ones in America and Thailand are extremely different. The workouts for American Muay Thai gym may seem kind of hard, but if you go to Thailand, you'll immediately change your opinion.
I've been to Muay Thai gym in America, and right now I'm taking up the original/traditional Muay Thai. Lets just say that if you can't break a bat within three months, that Muay Thai gym is no good.
