Why do people still say kenpo is not eefective in MMA? Is it ignorance?
In UFC 3 the world's largest fighter was beaten by a Keno man less than 1/3rd his weight. Chuck Liddell uses Kenpo. I have been quite successfully with Keno in an amateur career. Kenpo involves grappling, striking, knees and elbows as well as judo throws and joint locks. Is it all just the propaganda machine from BJJ or are people just not that well informed about the style American Kenpo?
People say a lot of things. That doesn't make it true. It's just their opinion. Don't let it bother you.
