Is it okay to show a video clip from a DVD with a warning from the FBI?
I want to show a clip from a DVD for Modern Marvels a project, but I do not know if it is ok since the FBI warning thing? This is a school project. Specifically for a talented Project in Texas and talented.
Is this for school? If so, it will probably fall under "fair use", making it legal. For other use, it would be illegal.
