The hobby practce target archery, throwing blades / darts is not much different the horseshoes, except as it is easy to use real elements used in the sport as dangerous weapons. True, irons horses themselves are heavy enough to cause a concussion, but you see where I am. Are they legal if they are not used so offensive, in contrast to sports in the unlikely upon the defensive ways? I see people walking around with these things clipped or worn or anything and I am wonder what the legal aspects are real and pathologists.
The Code of Virginia, from 18.2 to 311, due to the possession of "throwing stars" illegal. There is no exemption for collectors. Knives and blades are defined differently. Although the Code of Virginia mentioned daggers, knives Bowie, etc., the definitions are not listed. As was explained to me, you can not hide any knife with a blade over 3 inches or a knife that cuts both ways. Also, pay attention to the laws of the local jurisdiction. IE: In Henrico County, it is illegal to wear or carry a weapon in public. (Not to discourage gang members or criminals, but to discourage civil war reenactors.) Good luck!
