How can I fix back pain during ab exercises?
For some reason, whenever I try to do an ab exercise, I get Always back pain. It only happens when I'm exercising. I'm only 16. The only thing that does not give me back pain is when I lay on a ball and do crunches. Does anyone know how to get rid of my back pain?
Josh, Good choice to put on way to overcome this. As you probably know, the more you exercise the worst kind of pain your back will be 10 years down the road. You can not feel far but you will end up. The largest of these muscles become the more likely you will not have the pain return. There are many yoga exercises that can help strengthen the back: the cobra is one. Pushups can help with back muscles too. Same as above, stop this if it continues to hurt. Continue to do crunches on the ball - they will pay off over time. If the pain persists to visit a doctor and tell them everything you told me. The most effective solution, I can see is buying a roll of ab which is a device designed to keep stress off your back. It allows you to target the abs without pain back.
