Need help building first PC gaming budget, please.?

SKILL 2 GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000 + Windsor 3.0GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM2 125W Dual-Core Processor I will use this PC mainly to play some games and make recordings at home for an entire group (I heard the sound-board ADI was good.) I like to run games on high settings, but I'm not interested in running in Crysis above, or any for that matter. I have a hard drive and case, already, but there is another question. The hard drive is already in use and has an OS on it, so I can just move it to the new board, no problem? (No OS disk, was never given.)
I listed the parts through NewEgg alternatives, just in case you need to shop around. One thing is that you will need a 600W Powersupply with your system. One thing I was looking for me is the fact that the 6000 + uses 125W of power all the time. A 5600 + uses only 89W, and is as fast. In fact, I'm going to Brisbane due to the use 65W.
